Miles gets baptized

Miles is finally getting baptized.

When Miles turned 8 he met with the bishop and we grabbed baptism clothes for his big day and then the world shut down that week!

We canceled the baptism and thought we would get to reschedule in a couple weeks when things calmed down.

 months later, our bishop called and told us that we got the green light for a baptism but there was a water pipe issue in the building....

 

So we decided to just do a small service in our backyard.

 

Where was Andie? 

I'm so sad she is not in our family picture. 

 

We are so proud of Miles making this decision to be baptized and being so easy going about the logistics of it all.

We invited over grammy, grandpa Neil, our primary president, our bishop, one cousin, and

two friends and their one parent.

 

 Miles and Tyson haven't seen each other in months and they were so awkward at first but it didn't take long for them to realize they could play again.

 

We were so happy cousin Addy could come support Miles.

Miles was baptized in our pool

 

while the people we hold near and dear zoomed in and watched him. 

It is such a wild time but so we are so glad we had this opportunity.
