The boy turns NINE!
This is the first year I had to encourage Miles to wear the annual Birthday Crown!
Miles is still our reptile and stretchy toy loving kid.
But also, add reading Dogman and Captain Underpants to the list of LOVES.
He is an absolute gem to his baby sister.
He is so good with babies.
Actually, he is a pretty darn good brother to all of em.
He asks thought provoking questions about church and is really striving to be good.
He loves riding his quad, riding his bike, or going on a hike.
He loves legos, and is down to watch any movie we put on!
He still hasn't outgrown the excitement for all the little things.
(you know, a hand full of m&ms thrown in the popcorn for movie night-those little things)
Since covid hit, he is willing to try new foods and has learned he loves fish and chicken thighs.
He loves to go camping and has discovered he LOVES fishing!
Miles remembers to say his prayer and finally doesn't argue me when I suggest he wears jeans on a cold day!
His request was a cake that looked like a cookie!
We tried to go up to the mountains for the weekend to celebrate, but everything is still closed with covid.
So we had the Tangs come over for a movie night.
we watched HOOK.
and the boys loved it!
