Somebodys Been Canning....

I know I know; but it's so much fun. I've been really motivated lately to get our food storage together and get prepared for whatever is coming our way. I have gone to the cannery twice now and have more appointments lined up. My last appointment my sister in law Shannon and Romney went with me. Having Romney there was great, he lifted everything and poured everything right into the can, meanwhile all the "sisters" are scooping a cup at a time. We cranked out tons of stuff... therefore the bill was alot bigger. I am only canning practical things that we will eat and have a 30 year shelf life so it can store for a very long time and not have to worry about it. I love that we are getting ready and feeling at ease about it...I guess we need some water for all food....

happy anniversary!!!

FIVE YEARS BABY!!!!

I can not believe how fast time has gone by. It still feels like we should still be dating, you know; I'm 21 and Romney is 23...not any more I'm 27 and Romney 29. It has been the best five years and I'd do it all over again. We have been through so many things together and there is no way I would want to go through any of it with anyone else. It has been so fun to see each other grow and to accomplish our goals together!!!!! Happy FIVE YEARS!!!!!!

Belated Birthday Bash...

Ever since I reached the age of 24 I have not enjoyed the whole birthday fun. Don't get me wrong I love the presents, but the reason behind it...not so much. But the older I am getting (and I know I'm not old) I have realized it's all good. I am enjoying where I'm at in life. It seems as though the older I am getting the more fun life is getting. So yes it is true, I am one year older and wiser too. Well I don't know about wiser! However I have reached the ripe age of ....

This year Romney did good. We woke up first thing (first thing to us is 10am) and went to breakfast! Topping it off with all you can shop!!! That is right I got to SHOP all day.

Romney did not complain once. He was so great helping me decide which size fit better and color looked better etc...

While I shopped he played with my new camera that he got for me, So I didn't feel too sorry for him. After shopping we went to dinner and to a resort for the night. When we got there we went straight to the lazy river and floated in the water. It was such a fun day! Thank you Romney!!

A few days later we went to see COLDPLAY in L.A. It was awesome!! Thanks to my brother who surprised me with the tickets!

The show was amazing!! I cant believe how awesome they sound and how talented they are. Romneys two thumbs up approval of coolness....thanks again Byron!!!

WE LOVE OUR INDEPENDENCE!!!

Happy Fourth of July to all. I love the 4th and why we celebrate it. When the fireworks go off I cant help but to think of what our founding fathers went through for us to be a part of this free country. I am grateful for our freedom, rights and our amazing history. We hope everyone enjoyed the hot day!!! We had such a fun day with family and friends!!!!
