We’re Half way

Feburary 4, 2020

Baby girl is doing great.
We are half way!
Today we had our 20 week ultrasound and got to see all of her fingers and toes.
We got to see her arms, legs, eyes, nose and her heart- all of her sweet little body.

I am eating more foods again. I crave fresh fruit and veggies everyday.
I make this "power pack" everyday and take it with me everywhere.
Meat doesn't sound good and I stay away from it.

Only 20 more weeks until she is here!!!

It’s great to be 8

January 24, 2020

The boy is 8!
The celebration began first thing this morning with the traditional birthday crown and balloons.
It doesn't take much for Miles to be impressed.
He appreciates all the things, big or small.
He still manages to sneak into our room every night?!?!?
He loves reading Dogman and the Berenstain bear books.
He is super into making paper airplanes.
He loves to hunt lizards with his friends everyday after school.
He still wears hats everyday and I love it.
He loves his brother and sister very much and is very tender towards them.
He responds to and really likes when you teach him through your own personal experiences.
He still has a deep love for ketchup and cherry tomatoes.
We love you Miles and are so grateful you came to us.
Happy Birthday Miles Boy!
Miles wanted an easy birthday party of pizza and arcade games.

Done and done.

(and now we plan a baptism)

It’s true...and things are growing

January 2020

Can you believe it?
There is a baby growing....in MY belly.
We have been wrapping our heads around this one since Halloween night.
It has been a long couple of months.
I have lived on the couch surviving on sourdough toast and gingerale.
Romney has been a trooper taking care of all the things while I lay on the couch feeling lousy.
Things are going well and my body is doing what it is supposed to.
My crohns is staying nice and quiet and I am starting to grow!

I have been able to hide under sweaters for a while but not anymore,
baby is growing and so am I.

Jan 5 2020-(17 weeks)

Jan 12 (18 weeks)

Jan 19 (19 weeks)

My belly isn't the only thing growing....
So are my lips.
It is so bizarre.
It was one of my first symptoms.
They balloon up every morning and require an obseen amount of chapstick.
They shrink back down eventually in the day.
Its wild.

My days are filled with resting on the couch and growing a human while my other humans count down until their baby sister get here!

New Years Eve

(December 31, 2019)

Happy New Year!
Tonight we celebrate the end of a decade.
A decade of us building our family!
And apparently we aren't done!!!
We are shocked, surprised, and somewhat a little confused....but by divine design I am pregnant.
Yep, Pregnant.

Somehow this baby has passed my blocked Fallopian tubes, and nuzzled its way into my uterus.
And somehow my crohns disease is leaving this little thing alone.
Truly a miracle baby!
This has been a testament to me of Heavenly Fathers plan for our family.
Our family has been built by His plan, in His time.
Each one of our kids HAD to come to us in the order that they have or none of this could take place!
It is the perfect plan.

Get ready, Ellsworth Baby Girl coming in June!

A sick Christmas

(December 25, 2019)

Merry Christmas.
The day has come.
All the excitement, all the anticipation, all the joy.
It came.
....And everyone was sick except Miles.
We all woke up happy and ready to open presents though!

Miles quickly found a hoverboard that Santa left behind.
Andie found a big box of My Little Ponies and Lane found the left over cookies Santa didn't finish.

 The kids loved their loot...

and were super excited for it all....

But we were all so tired and sick we needed to go back to sleep.

and that is what we did.
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

Getting ready for Christmas

(

December 2019) Tis the Season!

We've been sick around here and the month as gone by so quickly.

We have decorated cookies.

We took obligatory Christmas pictures in front of the tree

We went to Andies school Christmas pajama program.
She sang
"Santa Claus is comin to town"
so loud and proud.
It was adorable!

We made our gingerbread houses with Cousins Keagan and Ellie

We love Aunt Penny!

And last, we got to see Santa at our church Christmas dinner party.
Andie asked for Snow Flake shoes and Miles asked for a hover board.
and Lane screamed and wouldn't go near him.

Halloween

(October 2019)

Happy Halloween my darlings!

Lane is thee cutest Puppy!

Andie is the prettiest cat

and Miles is the coolest Alien.
(Miles drew his costume and we made it come to life)

What is Halloween without painting pumpkins?

And for a days after Halloween Lane wore his dog head everywhere.
It was so hilarious.
