Come on Baby Light my Fire!!!

Today was a pretty exciting day. Today all the Rookies in the Department got there pretty badges and other firemen were promoted to engineers, captains etc... I got to pin the badge on my man. I think I was more nervous than Rom. He will be on probation for 18 months. He studys and works out alot. Im loving the fireman life. He works a few days( working 24 hour shifts. So every other day he is home ) and then he is off for 4 days works again and off for 6 days. How cool is that? It's been fun to watch this long process unfold. It's crazy it's here and I have a darling Fireman!! yeah for Romney!!!




Romney is the Firefighter/Paramedic when he is on the job...I have learned this is NOT a Fire truck its a Fire ENGINE! (FYI)

CAMPING 101

Look we went camping! We took off for the night and had a great time. Romney cooked a mean dutch oven dinner and breakfast. He is cool like that. We stayed up playing cards and loved the smores by the fire. Check our tent out. It even has a doggie door in it. To bad we dont have a dog.

I was covered head to toe to keep the bugs away. I guess the bug spray could of worked.

I love being Auntie Erin

I was just in Texas babysitting for my brother and his wife. All week Brynna played Star Wars she called me Luke majority of the time. Of course look at her hair piece who do you think she was? Yep Princess Leah. And I loved the English accent she used while playing Star Wars while pretending to climb Mount Everest looking for jewels. She is hilarious Maggie just followed her around. I had a very entertaining week.

Here is the latest addition to our family. This is baby Cooper. What a ball of squish I love it.

Avrie and Adeline are so dang cute. These girls are so fun. Twins sure keep you busy. My sister and her girls came out from Chicago and we enjoyed the nice weather and blew bubbles.

The best part of being an auntie are all the hugs and kisses I get.

Corbin loves that straw hat. He says YeeHaw when he puts it on. He has a new baby brother, Cooper.

We were down in Texas for Maggie's baby blessing and Caden's baptism. We went to a pretty garden and had a picnic. It was so fun to be together.

Maggie is a ham. She is so squishy. Love it.

I love being auntie Ernie to this little girl. Annaliese is so funny, she loves her uncle Romney.

Dress Up

We had a blast dressing up this year. We were invited to a "celebrity couples" party, we thought and thought of who we should dress up as. Then it finally came to us...Who not better than Broke Back Mountain Cowboys. It was so fantastic. We won best costume !

First time Cruisers

This was our first cruise. So much fun. There was something to do every hour of everyday. Yes it's true the food is AWESOME. This was the first day and we had to do an evacuation drill. It was hilarious. We hiked to the top of the Catalina island...well only what the golf cart couldn't do. It was beautiful.

Renting a paddle boat was fantastic. Peddling in the ocean was a work out...well for me at least.

Formal night was great. So fun to dress up and yes, EAT.

Again the food was Awesome! All you can eat all the time. How amazing is that?

The Happiest Place on Earth

We've loved having Disneyland passes. With Romney's work schedule it has allowed us to go during the middle of the week. Which means NO LINES!!!
